One of the things that can happen with stress and cold weather is that we curl in and tighten up. This practice invites us to hold space--to create a soft opening throughout our entire body. It's a sweet and delicious antidote to tightness and tension.

Life can make us feel fragmented--as if we are pulled in all kinds of directions. This practice invites us toward a deep and rooted presence that helps us feel grounded and centered.
54 min. Opening up Body and Spirit—Energetic
Yoga teaches us how to be receptive, opening up and releasing long-held tensions. It also invites us to be with what is, finding a way to get comfortable and centered. This practice leans into both those ideas, and it also features appearances by little dogs extraordinaire, Alfred and Rufus!

I often say in my classes that yoga reveals--yoga reveals the sweet treasures and the churlish trolls we carry around inside. This amazing practice will help us to meet everything that arises--and keep a sense of steadiness and curiosity.

One of the things life asks us to do is to move from this to that, from here to there. This practice helps us learn how to go with the flow--finding ease in transition. It's a great practice to take off the mat!
50 min. Finding a balance between doing and being—Energetic
This world is designed to throw us off balance--asking us to do too much. In this practice, we find that sweet spot between doing and being, realizing how it is a dance of strength and grace.
