In this class (where I've apparently cut off my head), we practice finding light and radiance in our spacious center. It's a great start to living light.
Sweet Reward—50 min. Energetic
Don't let this description scare you off from this sweet practice. The idea of this practice is that the work offers its own reward. We can find the sweetness in each breath, in each posture. We can find our strength and balance, our grit and curiosity. And we can end up feeling amazing at the end.

One of the things that can happen with stress and cold weather is that we curl in and tighten up. This practice invites us to hold space--to create a soft opening throughout our entire body. It's a sweet and delicious antidote to tightness and tension.
