Yoga Videos
Welcome. Let’s live light. And get real.
Yoga is for everyone. However, when online, it is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen. Obviously, if you suffer from specific injuries or disease it is best to consult with your physician first. Similarly if you are pregnant, follow the recommended practice only. The practice of yoga asanas requires you – the practitioner – to gauge the safety of your practice within your personal physical limitations. It is better to build up slowly than to force and strain. Whilst one may feel exertion one should also feel relaxed. The techniques and suggestions presented in this website are not intended to substitute for proper medical advice. Consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program.

Clean up the Mess Left Behind by Stress —25 min. Gentle
Life can leave behind a mess--inside and out. This practice helps us clear out those spaces that get the most cluttered by stress--our shoulders and hips. You'll want a strap and a black (or a piece of rope or a big book can work as well).

23-min A Soft and Gentle Space—Gentle
This practice is inspired by a walk I took in the woods. I saw a tiny tree, rooted and reaching. One single limb created this soft and gentle space, and it made me think how our bodies can do that as well when we move intentionally. It's a beautiful and gentle practice that leaves us feeling spacious and grounded.
Love, not fear—25 min Gentle
Our yoga mats give us a place to practice. In this case, we practice turning away from fear and turning toward love. It's a choosing--of grounding and opening instead of contracting and distancing.

26 Min A practice for life—Gentle
Life happens, and it can be full of gifts and challenges. When we practice yoga, we practice meeting the challenge right here in front of us with breath and steadiness, holding onto our center. This can serve us off the mat, helping us to stay grounded and open no matter what arises.
New—12 min Neck and shoulder relief
